What happens
- We look for captions first. If they exist, you get them for 1 credit.
- If not, we transcribe the audio and return text, language and timed
segmentswithsource: "ai".

After 2 minutes, add 1 credit per started minute. A failed transcription is free, and a repeat you already paid for is free with max_age_days.

Limits
Capacity is shared. When transcription capacity is busy you get a free, retryable overloaded. Long media answers 202 with a job to poll. Media over about 4 hours is refused. Details in the guide.
