Pack credits never expire. Monthly credits reset each month and do not roll over.
Are failed requests charged?
No. Failures and cached repeats cost 0 credits.
What does AI transcription cost?
1 credit up to 2 minutes of audio, then 1 per started minute. Videos with captions cost 1.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for an unused pack within 14 days. Credits have no cash value after that.
