Credits, keys, usage, monitors and billing belong to a team, not to a person. A new account starts as a team of one. You can invite other people to it.
Every key draws from the same balance. Rate limits are per team. Usage by key and by endpoint is in the dashboard and at request history.
There are three roles. The person who creates the team is the owner.
- Members can see the team, members, usage and key names.
- Admins can create and revoke keys, buy packs, start a plan, and invite or remove members.
- Only the owner manages billing, refunds and roles, invites admins, transfers ownership or deletes the team. An owner cannot remove themselves. Transfer ownership first.
Owners and admins invite by email from the dashboard. The invitee signs in with that address (email, Google or GitHub) and joins as the invited role.
A team can hold 20 active keys. The free grant is once per person, not once per team.
Buying packs and starting a plan is a permission on the role table. Checkout itself opens with early access. See packs and plans.
Deleting a team revokes its keys, cancels its subscription and forfeits remaining credits. Export usage first.
