How it works

The tool asks TikTok whether a public profile with that username exists. If one does, it shows the account. If not, the name looks free. TikTok usernames can hold letters, numbers, underscores and periods.

Questions

Can a name be free and still unavailable?

Yes. TikTok holds the names of deleted and banned accounts for a time, and they show no profile.

Is the check case sensitive?

No. TikTok usernames are not case sensitive.

Is this tool free?

How do I get this data in my own app?
