Changes to the API, newest first. A breaking change to an endpoint ships as a new version of that endpoint; the old one keeps running until it is retired, with notice here.

2026-10-29: SocialScrape API v1, early access#

The first version of the API is available to early-access accounts.

• Normalised responses: one shape for profiles, posts, comments and transcripts across platforms, with the platform's original object on request (raw=true).
• The envelope reports credits_charged and credits_remaining on every answer. Failures and cached repeats are free.
• Requests written for ScrapeCreators work: its paths, parameter names and cache_max_age=7d spelling are accepted.
• Cursor pagination, trim, max_age_days caching, batch requests, jobs for long requests, monitors with signed webhooks and AI transcription.
• Teams with roles, one-time packs that never expire and monthly plans.

2026-10-29: Documentation published#

This reference is generated from the same source as the API itself, so every endpoint page, parameter table, price and error code matches what the API does. Endpoints that are not built yet are not listed.
