The tool searches Spotify's public catalogue and lists what it finds, with the cover, the artists, the length and a link to open it on Spotify. It does not play anything and needs no Spotify login.

Questions

Does it show play counts?

Not here. The play count is not part of what Spotify shows publicly for most search results.

Why do results depend on my country?

Spotify's catalogue differs by market. In the API you can set the region.

Is this tool free?

Yes. No account and no card. Each visitor gets a limited number of lookups an hour, so it stays free for everyone.

How do I get this data in my own app?

Send GET /v1/spotify/search with your key in the x-api-key header. A request costs 1 credit. A repeat of something fetched recently costs 0 credits, and failed requests are free. See the reference.
